• Fees for using our virtual cards or bill payment services.
• Exchange rate fees for currency conversions.

All fees will be clearly disclosed before you authorize any transaction. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Virtual Card Services

Cicadas may offer virtual cards for use in online transactions. You agree to:

• Use the virtual card only for legal transactions.
• Be responsible for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of the virtual card.

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions from third-party service providers that issue or process the virtual cards.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

b. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cicadas and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the 12 months preceding the incident.
